Who is responsible
This site is run by Nelija Miseikiene, trading as Nele in Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland. A detailed postal address can be provided on request. The author can be contacted by email at hello@neleinzurich.ch. For anything on this page, write to that address.
What I collect, and why
When you ask for the rate card. I store the email address you enter and the date you asked. I use it to send you the rate card, and I may write to you once about your enquiry. You will not be added to a newsletter or a mailing list. If I ever start one, you would have to opt in separately.
When you use the contact form. I store your name, company, email address, the type of enquiry and your message, so I can reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.
That is everything. I do not collect anything else, I do not use cookies for tracking, and I do not run advertising on this site.
Swiss Health Insurance Check-up
The check-up runs on this website. Your answers are not recorded. They stay in your own browser, on your own device, so you can come back to your results. I do not receive them, I do not store them in a database and I do not link them to your name or email address. You can remove them at any time by choosing Start again on the results page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Where it is stored
Requests and enquiries are stored on servers operated by my hosting provider. Emails are sent through an email service provider. Some of these providers process data outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States, under standard contractual protections.
How long I keep it
Rate card requests and enquiries are kept for two years, so I can remember earlier conversations. After that they are deleted. You can ask me to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to hello@neleinzurich.ch and I will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.
If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to receive your data in a portable form, and the right to object to how it is used. If you think I have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Switzerland, that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
